布朗族成人的身体成分分析

摘要:本文采用生物阻抗分析法,研究了布朗族成人的体成分特点。我们在云南省测量了604 例(男性248 例,女性356 例)布朗族成人19 项身体成分指标,运用Excel 2003、Spss 19.0 对其各项指标进行统计分析。结果显示,男性全身脂肪分布特征为躯干和下肢的脂肪率都大于上肢脂肪率,女性脂肪率从大到小依次为下肢、躯干、上肢;男、女性双侧下肢脂肪率和肌肉量接近,左上肢肌肉量低、脂肪率高;布朗族男性的身高、体质量、肌肉量、推定骨量、总能量代谢、水分率、内脏脂肪等级均大于女性,而体脂率、BMI 小于女性。随着年龄的增长,布朗族成人身体肌肉量、骨量、下肢脂肪率、能量代谢等呈明显下降,而内脏脂肪等级明显增加。与云南汉族比较,布朗族成人的体脂率较低、肌肉较发达。

Analysis of body composition of Bulang adults

Abstract: Biological impedance analysis was used on 19 indices of 604 individuals (248 males, 356 females) to determine body composition characteristics of the Bulang family from Yunnan province. Bioelectrieal impedance analysis, statistical analysis utilized Excel 2003 and SPSS version 19. The results of this research showed that male body fat distribution characteristics of the trunk and lower limb had a greater fat rate than the upper limb. Female body fat distribution characteristics followed this pattern: lower limb > trunk > upper limb. Male and female bilateral lower extremity fat rate was close to muscle volume with the left upper limb muscle volumelow but with a high fat rate. Height, body weight, muscle mass, bone presumption mass, water content rate, visceral fat level of Bulang males were greater than females, while body fat rate and BMI was less than compared to females. With age, the amount of body muscle, bone mass, lower limb fat rate, energy metabolism significantly decreased in the Bulang group, but visceral fat levels significantly increased. Compared with the Han nationality in Yunnan Province, body fat rate of Bulang nationality adults is lessened and with more developed muscles.
