  •   2007年在西北大学获理学学士学位,2009年在中国科学院研究生院获硕士学位,2013年在德国马克思.普朗克进化人类研究所获演化遗传学博士学位。20101月起,负责中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所中德人类演化与科技考古联合实验室古DNA平台;先后在德国马普进化人类学研究所和美国哈佛医学院从事博士后研究工作。现为中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所研究员、脊椎动物演化与人类起源重点实验室副主任、古DNA实验室主任。

        

      目前她在国际核心期刊发表重要论文40余篇,其中高影响论文有31篇(IF大于8),在NatureScienceCell期刊发表20篇,论文总IF超过500,引用次数超过3000次。相关成果入选Nature2014年度十大科学事件”、“2016年度中国古生物学十大进展”等。共同开发的古基因组技术为推动古DNA规模性研究及人类学、演化遗传学等相关领域发展提供助力;破译世界最古老现代人基因组及在其他欧亚人群研究上取得重大突破,帮助重写欧洲最早的现代人类历史及丰富人类演化过程的细节知识;大规模开展中国史前人群的基因组测序与分析,为东亚人群古DNA研究打开局面,且填补了东方史前人类遗传、演化、适应方面的重要信息。因成果显著,她被《Nature》评为“中国十大科学之星”之一,被CCTV评为“中国科技创新人物”之一,入选发展中国家科学院(TWAS)青年通讯院士、国家杰出青年科学基金资助项目,获得“美国HHMI国际青年科学家奖”、“第十五届中国青年科技奖-特别奖项”、腾讯“科学探索奖”,主持科技部国家重点研发计划项目等。

  •   主要从事演化遗传及群体遗传方面的研究,重点围绕人类古基因组学研究方向,基于延展应用和共同开发创新的古DNA实验技术,从遗传学角度深入探索人类及其伴生物种的起源与演化历史,阐明欧亚现代人,尤其是东亚人的遗传结构、演化过程、迁徙路径、环境适应及与古人类的基因交流等重要科学问题。
